MAP Rider Advisory Group FY 26-27
The MAP Rider Advisory Group is a dedicated panel of paratransit riders and personal care assistants (PCAs) created to enhance the accessibility, reliability, and overall quality of the Mobile Assistance Program (MAP). This 7-member group serves as a vital channel for rider feedback and insight, helping The Wave address ADA-related concerns and improve service delivery. Members are selected every two years and participate in biannual meetings to discuss experiences, challenges, and recommendations directly with The Wave’s leadership. The upcoming term will begin on October 1, 2025, and end on September 30, 2027.
